- Two-for-One Twisting Technology
The SKS-774 uses TFO technology, allowing the machine to produce two twists for each spindle revolution. This provides high twisting efficiency and helps reduce processing time compared with conventional twisting systems. - Wide Yarn Count Range
The machine can process different filament yarn ranges according to the spindle gauge configuration:
- 180 mm gauge: 75D–450D
- 225 mm gauge: 450D–1500D
This makes the SKS-772 suitable for both medium and heavier filament yarn applications.
- High Spindle Speed
The 180 mm configuration can operate at approximately 5,000–12,000 rpm, while the 225 mm configuration operates at approximately 3,500–10,000 rpm, supporting efficient industrial production. - Flexible Twist Setting
The machine provides a wide twist range, approximately 100–1,800 TPM, depending on configuration. Both S-twist and Z-twist can be produced. - Twisting + Merging Function

#SKS-775: Secondary Twisting Machine
In the production of multi-ply yarns (such as industrial sewing threads, tire cord yarns, netting cords, and ropes), the twisting process is typically divided into two stages:
- Primary Twisting (#SKS-774): The single yarn is given its initial twist in a specific direction.
- Secondary Twisting (#SKS-775): Multiple pre-twisted yarns are combined together and twisted a second time—usually in the opposite direction—to balance internal stress, increase tensile strength, and prevent snarls or untwisting.
3. Twist Balance: If the primary twist is in the Z-direction, the secondary twist is typically
applied in the S-direction (i.e., S/Z or Z/S structure) to make the finished ply yarn smooth
and torque-free.

Extensively customized based on filament yarn characteristics, offering a low-energy, labor-saving solution that can partially replace traditional compound twisters. It functions as an ideal secondary TFO twister in two-stage (S and Z) twisting processes.
